Info to Help you book Luxury Accommodation
Follow these 4 easy steps...

Your booking must be made online, until you do book online anyone can book the property you might want, so book now or asap!
Live availability only, all accommodation(s) show "live" real-time, up-to-date availability, so if it's available, it's available, so book now!
Bookings are transferable within the same accommodation to another available date, not refundable (see our terms and conditions).
Payment is made online always 50% upfront to confirm the booking, and the other 50%, 21 days before arrival. Unless your booking is made within 42 days, in this case full payment is made upfront and online to secure the accommodation(s).
Pay by Credit Card (CC) online, choose CC and your payment is made immediately, this incurs a 2% credit card charge.
Once booking(s) are completed, an email confirmation will follow, please check your spam box, and add Admin@AmazingAccom.com to your contacts to ensure all email reminders and notifications are delivered correctly to your inbox.
You must contact the owners or managers clearly stated in your email confirmations after booking, and at least 7 days prior to arrival or immediately if you wish, to arrange the exchange of the keys or meeting time on site at the accommodation(s) booked.
Number of sleeping guests is clearly stated relative to each property, this number must not be exceeded, unless by prior arrangement.
Number of visitors as a general rule each accommodation allows up to the same number of visitors as number of people it sleeps. If this is going to be exceeded it becomes notifiable to the owner or manager of the accommodation before booking.
Venue enquiries, events or weddings, all venue houses and accommodation(s) are flagged with a blue venue flag, this means it is possible for the accommodation to be used for a private event like a wedding, or party. If you want to use an accommodation(s) as a venue then you must enquire online here first, as each accommodation has different rules, costs, and limitations, relative to owners brief, the location, the region, and the legal zoning.
Upon check in or prior to check in, please have a credit card available if requested by the owner and or manager. This serves as a bond shall any willful damage, neglect, or unfair costs, be incurred by the owner due to your occupancy. In this case the credit will be rightly and fairly charged. See terms and conditions for more.
Upon check out please ensure you leave the accommodation as agreed to, relative to the specifications online under the accommodation listing content page, and accommodation rules if stated or provided at the accommodation during your tenancy.
