How do I search for properties?
How do I check availability?

Our properties show "live" real-time, up-to-date availability. So if it shows as available it is available. *Please note we do have a few properties on POA, (request only) contact us directly to confirm a availability for you.

Can you hold this property for me?

Unfortunately no - we work on a first to book, gets, basis.

Can I get a discount?

Discounts are already applied & the best price is shown online. If your stay is last minute or you are looking for a longer stay and no discount is applied please contact us to see what rate we can get for you.

Can I have a wedding party at the property?

A few of our properties allow weddings. This typically involves a minimum night stay and a venue charge. Properties allowing wedding have a venue tab with details. If not please inquire. Weddings are not allowed at properties without owner permission.

Can I have a small dinner party?

You are allowed an extra 10 people at the property, over an above those staying there, at any one time. More than this becomes and event and is subject to owner permission and possible venue charges and conditions. Events are not allowed at properties without owner permission.

How do I make a booking?

*Payment is a 50% deposit unless the booking is made within 60 days of arrival when 100% payment will be required.

Can I squeeze in an extra person?

No - the maximum number of people allowed to sleep at the property is shown online.

Do I have to pay full amount or can I pay a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking unless paying within 60 days of check-in where full payment is required.

Can I pay by direct debit?

People with New Zealand bank accounts can pay by direct debit.

How do I confirm a booking?

Once you have paid online your booking is confirmed. You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this within 1hour of booking and make sure you check your spam as well.

How do I change my booking dates?

Bookings can be transferred within the same accommodation to another available date when a request is received in writing, 60 days before commencement of original booking. Contact us for more information

Yes is the short answer. Some houses and location are better than others and we have experts with years of experience happy to discuss this with you and offer their impartial advice.

Do you handle renter inquiries?

We handle all inquiries saving you time and money. All you get are confirmed bookings.

What protection is there for my property?

All renters booking through Amazing Accom are subject to our strict terms and conditions. This is a legal document agreed to upon booking that covers among other things, damage, cancellation, extra people, bond etc and can be viewed here

Will you create my property listing(s) for me?

Once you are registered we would be happy to help set up your listings for you to review.

How do you deal with double bookings?

In the rare occasions when this may happen, we handle it professionally. We refund the renter and/or find them an alternative accommodation solution

How can I get my property photographed or videoed?

We have contacts for some areas we are happy to pass on and recommend getting great photos to best showcase your property. We also offer free photography/ videography as part of our exclusive package (conditions apply)

Who handles the payments?

We handle all renter payments for you, including credit card fees.

You don't have to get professional photos but we recommended getting the best photos you can. How can I change the order of my images?

How do I update availability?

You cannot edit block out dates. You need to delete the existing booking then re-enter new dates to block out and save.
