The following below, is a guideline of the success fee commissions applicable. You must choose 1 of the 4 options below, the option that best fits your circumstances.

Option 1 = a 10% commission, for hotels only with 9 or more rooms

Option 2 = a 12% commission, ONLY for accommodation owners/managers that list 2 or more different accommodations with us

Option 3 = a 15% commission, for all other accommodation owners/managers that list 1 accommodation with us

Option 4 = a 20% commission, for accommodation(s) that is only available for a very limited time period each year, i.e. less than 1 month per year or only Statutory holidays etc, and/or for those overseas owners/managers that are not hands on, and/or for owners that require Amazing Accom to manage linen, cleaning, and miscellaneous inevitable time consuming management tasks

  1. Register your user name, select a password and agree to our standard Management Authority (1 minute)
  2. Add your location (1 minute)
  3. Add any products/properties to your location (10 minutes)
  4. Upload photos (10 minutes)

    NOTE: ALL photos need to be saved at 500 pixels wide by 300 pixels high, at a resolution of high or maximum, and as jpeg or png files less than 1 megabyte in size. (If you need help with this let us know and we can do it for you.)
