Recently renovated, comfortable yet sweet and simple in design, Mermaid Cottage (formerly On The Rocks) has an open plan lounge leading to the dining area and kitchen, equipped with everything a culinary expert needs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and spectacular sea and bush views; the second bedroom is spacious and charming.
Rocky Bay is one of the last untouched spots on the island, with a 1950s seaside feel other villages have lost. You'll feel a million miles away as you are surrounded by native bush and wildlife.
There are numerous walking tracks nearby and the beach is a five minute stroll away. It’s five minutes drive to Onetangi and some of the island's best vineyards; the supermarket is 10 minutes away.
