If planning a party/celebration or wedding here for more than 20 extra guests you do need to book "Cams house" + "Cams Studio" together for a minimum of 4 nights 60 people is the max number allowed. No noise outside after 11pm. For parties above 40+ people, $500 applies to get the septic tank pumped out, this charge can be eliminated by booking an extra 2 nights in "Cams house".
