Special Notes / Conditions

Bed linen to be laundered upon departure. A cleaner is engaged upon exit and payment is required at the time of booking. The cost is $80-$120 depending on nights and size of group. 4th bedroom is a separate sleepout with 4 single bunk beds and bathroom - PLEASE NOTE: price quoted is for the MAIN HOUSE only and does not include sleepout. Please enquire should this be required. NO young party groups and larger groups subject to prior approval.
