Special Notes / Conditions

NOTE: Availability is "live" and up to date. Booking and payment must be made online asap as availability changes daily.

If having any celebration or Wedding here then a minimum night booking of 4 nights is required. Max number of guests is 60. If more than 40 guests are coming to party then an additional septic tank pump out and water truck delivery fee applies of $1000, this can be eliminated if you book an extra 2 nights. Noise levels outside are not permitted after 11pm, so best celebrate during day light hours.
