How do I make a booking reservation?

To book and secure a reservation for an accommodation you must go to the www.AmazingAccom.com and use the blue "search" panel, enter your region, start dates and number of nights, then clicks "search", then browse/look for what best suits your needs and relative criteria. When you find this click on the photo to take you to more content info for that specific property, then click all the dates/nights you want, then click "add to cart", then view what's in your cart and if your happy please click on checkout to then enter details and proceed to our secure payment gateway to pay by visa or MasterCard.

What types of self -catering accommodation are most popular?

The most popular types are holiday houses, also known by the owners as their holiday homes, after all these are privately owned, yet are available as shown online to be rented by anyone that has a credit card.

What happens after I book and pay online for my chosen accommodation?

Once payment has been made online an automated email will be sent to you confirming your booking, and in the confirmation the owner or managers contact details are included. Please simply contact the person stated to arrange the check in time and key exchange.

What is included in the price I pay?

All information regarding what is included in the price is as displayed and shown online relative to the each owner's specification. See listing content and search results for details. Generally speaking cleaning, linens, and towels are included.

What time is check in and check out?

Standard check in time is from 2pm and standard check out time is 10-11am. These requests are made directly to the owner or manager after booking is completed online. If possible, early check in and late check outs are granted.

What customer service is offered whilst holidaying?

Standard practice is that the owner and/or manger are always contactable during your holiday. All accommodations also will have a comprehensive information book containing all relevant possible details to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable time. Such info will include and not be limited to: house rules, expectations, local activities, recommended restaurants, places to visit, help, additional contact details, etc.
